A knowledgeable and dedicated support staff is just a mouse click away. Any problems with hardware, software or the yearbook itself can be addressed immediately using the internet.

Online Support
Existing customers use the internet to immediately find the information they need on their own. Manuals, frequently asked questions (FAQ), and tutorials are all available online.

Dedicated Support
Each school is assigned two dedicated professionals: an account manager and a production manager. These two main contacts work with the school throughout the entire school year.

The account manager works with the school yearbook staff both onsite and offsite. Some of the functions provided include:

  • Assist with planning and budgeting
  • Assist with marketing programs
  • Coordinate submissions
  • Provide frequent budget updates
  • Provide creative and technical assistance

The production manager works with the staff to provide all production support needed.

  • Provide technical assistance
  • Provide graphic design services
  • Photo & film scanning services
  • Coordinate with production

The internet brings us closer together by making it easy and convenient to have a conversation with people who are dedicated to helping. The dedicated contacts make effective use of internet tools such as instant messenger and email to stay in close touch with the schools and their needs.
